That makes sense to me (about 'mobilizing BROMIDE') A while back I had been researching CHERRY ANGIOMAS, as I have quite a few and came across this......http://www.iodine-resource.com/cherry-angiomas.htmlI eat A LOT of bread and stuff made out of flour ( I LOVE the stuff).I've been taking 5-7 drops ( at a time ) of the 'supposed' 15% Lugols....and I follow it with a half teaspoon of real salt in some apple juice .....but haven't added the hot water (YUK) I think I'm just going to drink some hottea instead (anyone..... please feel free to say something if HOT TEA does not boil down to the same thing as HOT WATER ..... for this purpose) BTW, Ive also been doing a lot more

saunas ..... approx 3 per week .....for speeding up the elimination of toxins....... I guess this works sorta like 'companion supplements'in helping with the removal?!!!

If you are mobilizing bromide it may be the issue. Bromide was a sedative. In the 19th century bromide salts were used to treat everything from epilepsy to sleeplessness. The would reduce the "excitability" in the brain. These salts were given to children as well to make them more "well behaved". And then there was Bromo Seltzer http://www.bottlebooks.com/questions/common/bromo_seltzer_bottles.htm

Try doing the salt loading technique. It will help carry bromide out of the body. Many have found relief from various symptoms using it. It is described in the new member document.
