I don't remember seeing why the salt is to be taken in warm water ... is there a special reason to take it that way?  or is it just as fine to take it with food, in tomato juice, or just licked from finger tips. ;)

Anyone have the answer to this?  I want to make sure I get the most healing use from it.I just got mine and it's delicious.  It might be a bit expensive to use for all cooking, but to sprinkle on top of special dishes, I think it will be most delectable!

The warm water is recommended for assistance in detoxing. Dr. Douillard recommends drinking warm water all day to help detox. I am not sure of the mechanism but my hunch is that it helps to dilate the blood vessels and flush the lymph since cold water would make things "hard". Added to the salt which binds to the bromide and carries it out of the body.

You don't need to use warm water when just supplementing with the 1/2 - 1 tsp per day.
