Guest guest
What are detox pathways? As I understand it, so far, detox pathways are for removing halides from your body by way of excretion: sweat (through the skin); and through the kidneys---as with salt loading; and through poo by way of liver/ gall bladder/ intestines (GI tract). Are there any other detox pathways besides skin, GI tract and kidneys? So detox symptoms after starting an iodine supplemet program happen because detox pathways are clogged or not functioning up to par? What can you do to get your detox pathways functioning as much as possible? (other than salt loading, sweating, and liver flush)?
