I lowered my HC to 17.5 at this point. And, in the last month I stopped taking estradiol bec of headaches (tho now the headaches are still here; whereas I did not have them before I started trying E2 again). My hormones are in flux bec of starting the E2 (tho only ~1 mg) ~March & now stopping it. My sign of hormone flux is minor mouth ulcers & possibly the headaches still, so I am not going to try to raise NT again yet bec I usually feel too trembly w/more & my FT3 was 7.2 on 4-1/2 gr before, so I definitely would not raise any more than 4, if I even decided to raise at all. > > I wonder if I am taking too much Iodoral & if it is worth it to pay for that loading test. > > Thanks, > Madeline >
Guest guest
Your body will just put out any iodine that is doesn’t need. Instead of lowering iodine, I would add the rest of the companion nutrients. They will help your body utilize the iodine and help clear out the toxins better and might help settle out your other problems.
