starting the E2 (tho only ~1 mg) ~March & now stopping it. My sign of hormone

flux is minor mouth ulcers & possibly the headaches still, so I am not going to

try to raise NT again yet bec I usually feel too trembly w/more & my FT3 was 7.2

on 4-1/2 gr before, so I definitely would not raise any more than 4, if I even

decided to raise at all.

Your body will just put out any iodine that is doesn’t need. Instead of lowering iodine, I would add the rest of the companion nutrients. They will help your body utilize the iodine and help clear out the toxins better and might help settle out your other problems.
