Iodine/bromide urine test results

This is my first urine test:

iodine: 73% excretion in 24hrs

bromide: 16.9 mg 24hr excretion

This does not look too bad to me. I am hypoT taking 90mg/day of NT. Wonder if

I could get off the NT if the iodine level was higher and bromide lower?
