Guest guest
Hi, I am new to the group and I have always wondered how ionic iodine compares to something like Iodoral or whatever it's called, the pill. I put the ionic iodine in things I bake, not sure if it's okay to cook, but I do anyway. I have no idea what dose to give, but the bottle says 1 tsp = 100mg, any suggestions? This is for a child, 8 yrs old with adrenal and thyroid issues.
