Guest guest
I go to the FNP for annual physical to get hormone prescriptions filled. Get hormone lab tests. She says on follow up that my estrogen is too high so I should start cutting my Biest in half. She ups my DHEA amount. This is good I think, maybe I will get more sleep. Not sleeping well and am sure cortisol is too high. Got a saliva test kit too but haven't stopped all hormones yet to do it. Anyway, after a week of different hormones, I feel like a truck ran over me. My head never stops aching and I really don't feel well. So I went back on full dose. My estrogen level is probably affecting my thyroid. I know my levels are low. Last lab was hTSH 0.87 .40-3.00 FT3 2.79 2.50-3.90 FT4 .0.6 0.6-1.7 Wondering what to do now. Guest guest
r u on thyroid meds? if so you need more---FT3 and FT4 should be higher. I prefer estradiol over bi-est.
