Guest guest
Hi Manda: I hope the Spatone works well for you..... The form of Iron bisgycinate is actually a good way to get iron into the system. It seems to work better than the others...(for some) http://www.iherb.com/Solgar-Gentle-Iron-25-mg-180-Veggie-Caps/10625?at=0 And Dr Jarvis tells us that we can grow red blood cells quicker if we take 2 teaspoons of organic raw apple cider vinegar every day in a glass of water...sip during meals..... They sell this on Amazon.com UK as well (I don't have the link) http://www.amazon.com/Vinegar-Apple-Cider-Unfiltered-Organic/dp/B0000DI1ZC Cheers, JOT ....say i was to take 2x 210mg twice daily of the ferrous fumarate how many sachets of spartone would be equivolent to this, only asking because i found a box of spartone in my cuboard and it says to only take 1 sachet per day......is anyone taking spartone for low iron?
