Hi,

Sorry forgot to add in last post re: low iron levels is spartone sachets

actually enough to supplement low levels as would taking ferrous

fumarate.....say i was to take 2x 210mg twice daily of the ferrous fumarate how

many sachets of spartone would be equivolent to this, only asking because i

found a box of spartone in my cuboard and it says to only take 1 sachet per

day......is anyone taking spartone for low iron?

Thanks

Manda xx

Hi Manda:

I hope the Spatone works well for you.....

The form of Iron bisgycinate is actually a good way to get iron into the system.

It seems to work better than the others...(for some)

And Dr Jarvis tells us that we can grow red blood cells quicker if we take 2

teaspoons of organic raw apple cider vinegar every day in a glass of water...sip

during meals.....

They sell this on Amazon.com UK as well (I don't have the link)
