Guest guest
Hi, This group is really amazing! I am 53 years old with fibroids and recently had a positive breast thermography. Over the past couple of weeks I have built up to 50 mgs of lugols daily. I am also taking selenium and magnesium. I am not sure what the detox signs I should be looking for? Should I keep increasing my dose until I detox? Thanks
Guest guest
Hi , Make sure you are taking Vitamin C too and lots of water. And unrefined Celtic Sea Salt daily is very important to help the bromides and other toxins leave the body. Not everyone has detox symptoms, but if you find you are having detox symptoms, then make sure you do the salt loading with Celtic Salt as described in the files. Here is a link to a list of symptoms one might experience while taking iodine. But again, not everyone has trouble detoxing, and if you are taking all the companion nutrients daily, there is a good chance you may not experience them. http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/bromidedetoxsymptomsandstrategies.html Best, Kathleen Detox Symptoms Hi, This group is really amazing! Buist, ND HC Detox symptoms Hi, I am fairly new. Have looked high and low to find more on detox symptoms but so far no luck. Where can I find information on that? Also, I followed one poster's info. on painting sun spots that were itching and changing shape. The one on my arm took about a month to peel off; the skin underneath is normal, just a bit pink. The one above my knee is more stubborn, but also shows improvement. I am a happy camper to have found this wonderful group!
Guest guest
I also wanted to be aware of what to watch for as I increased my iodine. In the database on the group website, there is a list of " Adverse Reactions " that describes quite a few possible detox symptoms: iodine/database?method=reportRows & tbl=4 Karyn > > Hi, I am fairly new.
