when iodine applied on skin: who much goes in blood?

Hi,

I saw a doctor who is doing iodine protocol since 1 year and he didn't know

about that applying Lugol on breasts make lumps go away.

I told him that I rubb my breasts with Lugol with 6 vertical drops of 2% (even

5%) on each breast so 12 drops on both breasts and I also take 6,25 mg orally

and he told me that I should put less drops on my breasts and be carefull.

I was surprised because I dind't think that iodine can pass in the blood if it's

applied on skin. How much iodine goes in the blood when applied on the skin? He

said that today there is no study who can show how much iodine goes in the

blood.

So now I'm a little bit confused and scarred...

How much iodine did I take with lugol on breasts and orally?
