what is most dangerous? Fluoride or chloride?

Hi,

I live in Europe and I can't find the right water filter. I found one which

filters only chloride but it doesn't filter the fluoride. What should I avoid

most? I read that fluoride is cancerous and very bad for thyroid.

Or I have to drink from plastic bottle of water (with PET Polyethylene

terephthalate).They say that PET is not dangerous...

I really need a very good filter but not expensif.
