Hi Marilyn:

Thanks Marilyn, this really applies to me as that is my

biggest problem and why I keep getting the epidurals in my back. Might be

worth a try as mine is just getting worse each day and there seems to be no

stopping it. Thanks again and I will bring it up to my Doctor. Take care now

and be PAIN FREE!

Hi all, has anyone got or have been diagnosed with this?

my hubby has been diagnosed with it after problems with he back and

a MRI scan. he had a operation a while back, many years ago now, with a slipped

disc. and we think it started soon after that. he has been offered a book your

own appointment at a clinic, but as it is autoimmune

is their any natural treatment he could try.? thanks in advance.

Angel.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear your husband has had such a rotten time with this nasty complaint - see the links below - some of the vitamins mentioned may help - particularly D - and the Cortaflex has just been brought to my attention by an old lady who was bent double with osteoporosis etc. and in chronic pain and she is now free from pain - so this might help too,.

Good luck and best wishes

I would recommend the Kick AS website:

http://www.kickas.org/medical/15.shtml

also Carol Sinclair's book " The IBS low starch diet " . Although the title says

IBS, in fact Carol Sinclair has ankylosing spodylitis and the diet she describes

is the same as the one created by Dr Ebringer.
