Guest guest
Hi, I've decided to start myself on NAE and was wondering how and when to take it exactly? Think i recall reading something here about times and stopping thyroxine while you're taking it but I can't find the info now. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jess
Guest guest
Start by stopping your thyroxine for 7 days and start taking 1 with breakfast and after about 10 days, add another one with your lunch. Don't take any after 1.00p.m. or you might be kept awake at night. On the 8th day, you can start taking thyroxine again at your usual dose. After another 10 days, if not quite 'there' add another tablet with your breakfast. Always take with food. You can carry on with this regime up to a total of 6 Nutrri Adrenal Extra daily, but if symptoms still persist, you might need a course of HC, so you may need to talk to your GP. Take high doses of vitamin C (e.g. 3/4000mgs daily) and take Selenium 200mcgs daily to help your thyroxine convert to T3..
