Changing from Armour to Erfa

Hi

Can anyone tell me if it's ok to just swap straight from Armour to Erfa?

I've been taking Armour for quite a while (1 1/2 grains) but found that as I

increased the dose I was often getting very itchy, so I asked my GP if I could

change to Erfa and I've now just collected the prescription.

Can I just start the Erfa tomorrow am and stop the Armour?

(Btw previously I had increased to 2 grains but went down to 1.5 after

experiencing intolerance symptoms after being on 2 grains for 6 days).
