Hi everyone,I'm another newbie, with the same question as Trisha.  So I thought I'd piggy back on her post and say that I have Iosol on hand, anything different about all these?  I did some checking on amazon, and found out that Lugol's is a solution and comes in different strengths, and Iosol seems to be pure iodine and iodide, in glycerine.  Serving is 1 drop per day, providing 1830 mcg of iodine per day.

Not sure yet, if that is sufficient.  I also read that some people take it via skin as opposed to in water.  It doesn't taste great, but in a bottle of water, just gives a somewhat metallic taste.

I received a lot of information when I signed up here, thanks for that, will be busy reading it all on the weekend.  But it would be great to know what you think of the different forms of iodine supplements.

2. Lugol's

3. Iodine Plus 2 Product?

WHERE can I go to get up to speed FAST?

THANK YOU, Trisha (new here)
