Guest guest
Hi Jane: Yes, I know it is confusing and it's also disturbing. Daris also talks about Iodine being bad for Hashi's people and he alone has been responsible for thousands (maybe more) of people who have stopped iodine supplementation because of his misguided remarks. Iodine must be taken with the protocol. Neither of these Docs have any idea about the protocol and never bothered to research it before commanding their patients to stop iodine.. They are doing the world a great dis-service and a whole lot of harm. You can do more research at http://optimox.com/ or join the iodine group at: iodine/ Protocols are set in motion for a reason, they are there because they work. They must be followed to correct any problems which may arise. Cheers, JOT > > Hi JOT - this bit about Hashis is confusing me because I`ve just listed to Dr. Ian Beckingham`s presentations (Part 4) where he says anyone with Hashis should not be taking Iodine because it makes more of TPO. There may be something I`m not understanding here. I don`t know whether anyone`s watched his videos but I have found them very informative in understanding the whole endocrine process. > > Jane> >

Oh dear - I was quite impressed by Ian B - he seems to be on the same side as us. Oh well - at least he does a good job of explaining all the causes. Guest guest
Hi Jot, On all of you those you mention as do know this as nutrition my subject - but it still upsets my thyroid - it actually pulsates with aggravation and knowing my body like I do I know when something is NOT doing me any good - got myself through Lupus this way with no drugs whatsoever - just supplementing what my body needed and still alive and kicking - so in my case will stick with my Iodised salt and sea salt. Thanks for the information though very interesting indeed. Will get that book best wishes Mandy
Guest guest
Hi Jot, Some protocols do not work for all people - there may be other issues that ensure that this can't happen - the way our kidneys function or our liver or other issues - we are all different and at the end of the day we have to listen to our own bodies and decide what is doing us good or making us worse. If I had listened to everything I had been told without weighing up in my mind whether it would work or stopping things when I had taken them because they seem to be making me feel ill - then I would be a lot sicker than I am today - but there again I wouldn't be so well either without this forum - so works both ways. best wishes Mandy

Guest guest
Hi Mandy, I've just bought some Gros Sel de Guerande in France at €1.10 per Kg in one of the supermarkets, Ocado also sell it in Britain, slightly more expensive at £1.99 per Kg but a lot less than the link you posted! http://www.ocado.com/webshop/product/Reflets-de-France-Guerande-Salt/62830011?fr\ om=shop & tags=|20000|20001|28469|29352|27776|29436 & parentContainer=|20001|28469|2\ 9352|27776_SHELFVIEW > > > Good company for Celtic Salt? > > > > http://www.seventhwavesupplements.com/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=94 > > regards > > Mandy >
Guest guest
redmond real salt. joyce > > Was wondering if anyone would share their preference of salt? I have been using unrefined Celtic sea salt from LeTressor for the past 6 months. Then someone told me that you can't be sure of what is in the sea, so I should stick with unrefined Mined salt. I would appreciate any advice. > Thanks > > > > Dr. Ron for President 2012 >
