Guest guest
My husband takes the following medications each day: Avapro,300mg; Amlodipine Besylate, 5mg; (the previous two for high blood pressure) Mirtazapine 15mg in the PM; Citalopram, 20mg in the AM; (the previous two for major depression), Vitamin C, 1000 mg; Vit D 1000 units; Selenium, 200 mcg; and Fish Oil, 3000mg(1000 mg softgels three times per day). On June 20th of this year, he was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma and will soon have the cancerous mass removed from his left kidney. My question is this: can he start the iodine protocol now? or should he wait until after surgery? It is a long story, but he just recently started the anti-depressants and we are hoping that after the surgery, he can wean off them. Is it safe to take Iodoral with the meds?? What dose of Iodoral should he start with?? Any other comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have learned so much from this discussion group. THANK YOU to everyone: owner, moderators and contributors alike. God Bless you all. Sincerely, Sandy.
