Guest guest
A friend of mine complained to her postman about the Post Office charges she has to pay on top of buying her own thyroid medication. The postman said that if the parcel was addressed to " Mr and Mrs " instead of " Mrs " then the threshold of £18 in value of goods was raised (doubled?), avoiding the charge. If anyone wants to give this a try, please post feedback to say whether it really works or is just one of those myths that go around.
