It is also giving out these drugs free of cost to the positive community on a clinical need basis, under direct medical supervision. This effort and initiative needs to be appriciated. Freedom Foundation,s has been quietly but effectively doing a lot of advocasy work on availablity and affordability of ARTs I suggest that members of the positive community and other positive networks to get in touch with them.
