Guest guest
Morning all! I just wanted to let everyone know how my health has greatly improved since eating a gluten-free diet. I have been struggling to reach 37 degree temps since being diagnosed with Hashimoto's almost two years ago - and was suffering with thyroid symptoms off-and-on throughout this time. My temps were averaging at about 36.3 degrees and I wasn't feeling particularly well. I am taking 125mcgs of Levothyroxine and a whole load of supplements. Anyway - I started a gluten-free regime about five weeks and feel like I have turned a corner! My skin looks about ten years younger, my energy levels are much better and my temps are normal for the first time ever. I've reached 37 degrees basal temp for five days running now. And I can feel the difference. I can tell something is working now. Let's just hope this carries on for a while!! So - Hashi's sufferers out there - gluten-free is highly recommended!! Del Cardiff.
