Canadian Sources for Iodine supplements

I am looking for information on what are the best brands of Iodine to take and

what is available in Canada and where to obtain.

I know there is Lugols and Iodoral, but couldn't find it in my health food

store. I could only obtain Trophic brand liquid Iodine(ml = 6.25mg) It doesn't

say USP grade, but does say 1 drop daily in glass of water, which doesn';t seem

like a sufficient dose anyway(from what I have read here)

I would prefer to take tabs instead of liquid but am open to hear whatever might

be available in Canada.
