Guest guest
Hi All I wonder if anyone can help with my Daughter's latest blood test results. 21/07/11 Total Thyroxine (T4) 103 nmol/L Range: 59 - 154 TSH 4.09 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.2 Free T3 6.8 pmol/L 3.1 - 6.8 Thyroglubulin Antibody *125.8 IU/mL 115 Thyroid Peroxidate Antibodies 5.6 U/mL <34 12/05/11 Total Thyroxine 95 nmol/L 59 - 154 Thyroid Stimulating Hormone 2.61 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.2 She is currently taking 75mcg Levothyroxine and has been for 6-7 weeks. I noticed that by the side of the reference range for the antibodies there is the word negative in brackets. Does this mean that my Daughter's bloodwork is showing up as negative for antibodies even though the figure for Thyroglublin Antibody is higher than the top of the range and has an asterisk beside it? I would really be most grateful for any input you can give me. Her Endo Doc is away until Monday and it was his secretary who sent it down the line to me. With best regards Vickyanne
