My Thyroid peroxidase is 148 is this normal?

As yet I'm not being treated but THS got to 10.49 and now my other test (see

below) has come in. What does this test mean and point to?

Thyroid peroxidase HI 148 iu/ml range (0-50 u)

Any help appreciated.
