Guest guest
Isn't this just sooooo laughable? I went to an immunologist, he said I have a maize intolerance not allergy and to take a tiny bit of cornflour each day to build up my resistance!! I said that as I have hypothyroid that won't work as it takes so long to get through my system it would mean I was ill for days and why would I want to do that? The bottom line is that if you eat it and it makes you ill there should be some help for you. I've had to come of the gluten free diet, it was just too expensive but I am cutting gluten down as far as I can and as much as I can!!
