Guest guest
Third request to please move this discussion to the Iodine Off Topic List. Thank you, Kathleen Re: Re: green stool Laurel, I basically eat the paleo diet which is whole foods of nuts, fruits and vegetables, meat, fish and eggs. I avoid packaged foods and avoid grains and I eat more raw foods. Soups and salads become pretty common in my diet. I end up taking Standard Process ferrofood for iron and twin labs daily one with iron to keep that better. I have found taking a sublingual B complex to help my body avoid numbness and tingling and those sharp zap pains from breaking my neck in car accident at 22 and other car accidents since with drunk drivers twice. Healing your gut can help you overcome other illnesses that mineral and vitamin deficiencies can help create. I had 9 illnesses and am down to 3 but some how MDs only told me they were all permanent and chronic diseases. So eating right matters. I also lost nearly 100 pounds since starting iodine 4 years ago. Anyways I think that these may help you to heal your gut in order of usefulness if money is limited....
