And with the onsies - until about 5 years ago they couldn't make cotton flame retardant so all the old cotton kid's sleep wear is safe. And kid's cotton day clothes are still mostly free of flame retardants - the few exceptions usually have it on the lable as in " Do not was with soap, use detergent only " (but even washing it with soap only gets a minimal part of the stuff out.) My daughter sleeps in day wear...
