Well that's something I haven't heard before and I don't get it. Can you explain why too little would cause any problems?

I should ask a doctor first I guess. My stomach and ENTIRE Small Intestine ARE paralized and don't work anymore and I have to take a drug to keep "things" moving along. So anything that SITS for a time, can burn.

I think only Steph would know the answer to this one.

I think it's been said here that you would want to get to 50mg as

soon as you can to deal with health issues. try it and see how you

do! I have only taken Iodoral.
