When to take Cortisol test?

I have ordered the test: Advance Saliva Hormone Profile from ZRT

Labs which includes 4 cortisol samples. I'm am taking this test

to check for fatigue. I am wondering when would be the best time

to take this test: On days when I am working or on days off. I

feel more stressed when working: moderately physical job, and

also feel very tired the day after. I'm just wondering if it will

matter as finding out how the hormones are working.
