What dose of T3 should I take

Hi, I have foud a website to buy my T3. I can order 5/25 or 50mcgs. I have no

idea what daily dosage I should be taking. My GP has told me to lower my T4 from

125 to 100 mcgs and try a low dose of T3 but I have no idea what constitues a

low dose. Please help I really want to give T3 a go but am confused. Thanks Kay
