Guest guest
Maybe it has nothing to do with the iodine. Just back down for a few days and then try upping it again. Since then I have noticed an increase in trouble breathing. I had air hunger issues a few months back while on a beta blocker (now off of it thankfully), but this seems to be different. I have some wheezing and a general tightness in the chest. This isn't on the list of detox symptoms, but I was wondering if anyone has had this happen? I seem to have more anxiety which is aggravated with the breathing difficulties and I see that as a symptom. I usually can handle a lot of physical discomfort, but these breathing problems are just too much for me. ~~
Guest guest
I don't know if it's related but I just started 2 drops a day of Lugol's iodine. Last weekend I ran a road race ( which I do all the time) and was wheezing and having trouble breathing myself. I've had asthma symptoms in the past but it hadn't been that bad in years. Iodine protocol is the only change I've made.MeaghanOn May 28, 2011, at 5:17 PM, "lwingard62" <lwingard62@...> wrote: On Thursday I increased my Iodoral dose to 37.5 mg after being at 25 mg for about 6 weeks. Guest guest
Maybe it is detox. Detoxing stuff from the lungs which then you cough to rid of toxins in your lungs. Guest guest
Yes, some people's bromide detox symptoms take the form of breathlessness/breathing difficulties. First, have you tried salt loading to see if the symptoms will go away? And second, anytime you raise your iodine dose and the detox gets too heavy to stand, the advice is to lower your dose again and let it soak before trying to raise it. One advantage to using Lugol's liquid is that you can increase your dose in tiny increments. You might consider getting some Lugol's and using it drop by drop to increase again, once you decide to raise it again. But salt loading is a good way to diagnose symptoms or discomforts as bromide detox. If the symptoms subside following the urination after salt loading, it's definitely a bromide detox symptom. However, not all bromide detox symptoms will subside in response to salt loading, the acne being one of them, because once that process is started it doesn't just reverse on a dime. hope this helps. -- >On Thursday I increased my Iodoral dose to 37.5 mg after being at 25 mg >for about 6 weeks. But this does no mean that we are manifesting Selenium Toxicity. The selenium toxic patient has the typical garlic smell. With regards lewOn Sun, May 29, 2011 at 8:28 AM, DeNormandie <blessedark2010@...> wrote: Maybe it is detox.
