Guest guest
Hi. I will try to keep this brief - I was diagnosed underactive thyroid over 8 years ago and have now settled on 100mcg of Levothyroxine. I have also been recently diagnosed with recative/spontaneous hypoglycemia however over the past 18 months I have increased 3 dress sizes? No change in diet/ meds etc. My GP did not believe I was wathcing what I ate and excercising enough so I joined Weight Watchers for a month and stuck to the programme religiously and did even more excercise (not easy being tired most of the time and trying to balance my blood sugars). GP says my T4, TSH and T3 are all fine. I have all but given up but going to make one more visit to him - is there ANYTHING that you guys can think of as I know he is just going to say - " Eat less, excercise more " . Thank you so much in advance - ANY advise would be truly gratefully received. Louise
