Can Iodoral cause diarrhea?

Hi All - I've had diarrhea on & off for about 6 weeks. I've been on 100mg

Iodoral/day for 2 weeks and since then the diarrhea has gotten much worse. I

feel quite weak and sometimes light-headed. I wonder if I've gone hyperT. Has

anyone else experienced this?

Also, I've been on 1000mg Metformin /day for several months. That's an rx that

also causes diarrhea when you first start on it. Flechas never said to reduce

this dosage, but now I'm reading that many people need to reduce their blood

sugar meds when on KI. Maybe I need to reduce the Metformin, but the diarrhea

did pre-date the Iodoral.
