Guest guest
hi, I would like to have somebody's opinion, I don't know if it is iodine or not, but I have suddenly such extreme fatigue that I cannot stay awake at school any more. I have just had 3 long study days, interesting stuff, neurology, but... I lost a lot of it because I had to focus on staying awake. I have recently, about a week ago, switched back to NTH. I was taking T3 since January but I never had it working for me properly. I had adrenaline rushes and extremely dry and flaky skin, and taking labs all the time and trying to figure out what was going on, I finally decided to go back to NTH. I am also on HC. Now I feel better in general related to those issues I mentioned, but also I feel more hypo, likely too much rt3 in my body. But the extreme fatigue started 3days ago. it is worse in the afternoon, but already before noon I feel really tired. I have started Iodine in March and have taken 50mg now for about a month. I take all companion nutrients and lots of salt daily. Last night I salt loaded, twice, but felt no urge to pee and went to bed. Amazing how much I drank and nothing came out until morning. Does that mean my body needs more salt and could this be the reason for the fatigue also? I skipped iodine two days now since I don't know what is going on. Luckily now I have some days to relax and I have ordered UC Plus, will start on that tomorrow. I have been taking chlorella and silymarin regularly for a long time with a break of a few day every now and then. I sleep about 7-8 hours, but wake up once or twice and cannot always fall back asleep easily. Is there something I could be doing still to help fatigue? Guest guest
You might give ATP Cofactors a try. Also make sure you are taking the iodine in the morning.
