Ali, we need the reference range for each of the tests so we can

compare your results, and is T4 Total T4 (tT4)or Free T3 (fT3)?

Hi Alison

Yes, it could be caffeine withdrawal - and as you get deeper

into the Candida Diet you are likely to get Candida Die-off withdrawal symptoms

too, but this will be a good thing. It is the toxins your gut is releasing into

your blood stream that will cause this, and a sign you are on the road to

getting better, so be prepared for them and be happy when they come. You will

only start to get better from then on. However, two days of starting the

Candida diet would not show such results in such a short time. Are you

following one of the diets recommended in the FILES section thyroid treatment

which can be accessed from the Menu on the Home Page and then open the CANDIDA

folder.

Luv - Sheila

i am in the process of having my vit and minerals done and yes my endo checked

me to see if i was ok, she was good but new little about NDT but was on my side

and told me to come back in 8 weeks and if i had any problems i had to call

her. I am in the process of doing a candida diet due to some of my symptoms

like atheletes foot which i have had for years and all my sugar carvings, it

has been 2 days and i have a a bad headache all day today, could this be the

caffeine withdrawal?
