Guest guest
Hi everyone, Apologies in advance for the long post. Today I received my Elemental Hair Analysis results from Genova. Most of the results are fine (I think?) but a few things stand out as odd and I would welcome any ideas as to the possible causes and how I might treat them? In particular, Arsenic & Uranium are above range. Genova's commentary mentions that high arsenic can cause anemia & fatigue amongst other things (Something I have suffered with for years). Also Uranium above the normal level can cause damage to bone marrow & fatigue, a concern for me as I have suffered with a low white blood count for years. The only possible cause I can think of is pollution from Avonmouth (Chemical/Smelting plants)approx 7 miles from me in Bristol? I eat a healthy veggie, gluten free & dairy free diet. I drink water thats been filtered with a filter jug and am thinking of getting a shower filter as our water is very hard and it tastes bad to me. Ive just had an iron infusion for my low iron & am going to start on Source naturals iron again soon. My Copper is at the bottom of the range. The copper/zinc supplement I am taking has zinc picolinate 15mg, copper citrate 1mg, vit A 500iu. Do you think I should be taking a higher dose of Copper? Apart from the vitamin C, I have only been taking these supplements for the past 6 weeks or so since I found this forum. Also is there anyway to get rid of the Arsenic & Uranium? Sorry if that's a silly question! Any thought or advice on the above would be much appreciated! Thank you, x
