Guest guest
Can anyone tell me if Potassium iodide also suffices as the regular potassium supplement? So in other words, do I need to take a potassium gluconate supplement too in taking my regular multi vitamins. I don't take regular potassium everyday but sometimes get muscle cramps and find that if I take cal/mag and potassium, they go away. Does potassium iodide fufil the requirements of the bodies potassium needs as well?
Guest guest
Iodoral ingredients: Each tablet contains: Total Iodine/Iodide 12.5mg (8333%) Iodine 5mg Iodide (as potassium salt) 7.5mg The amount of potassium in Iodoral would not suffice if one needs extra potassium. A lot of folks do not need to supplement potassium, as they are able to get enough through foods. Those using HC may need to supplement or at least keep an eye on their potassium levels. The muscle cramps are more than likely related to magnesium issues. Linn > > Can anyone tell me if Potassium iodide also suffices as the regular potassium supplement?
