Guest guest
Good job, Ben! It's also good to use the Celtic salt throughout the day liberally on your food. This will help with detoxification, especially since you are limited to a small amount of vitamin C. Drinking lots of water daily is very important as well. A good way to make sure you are drinking enough is to drink half your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, make sure you drink at least 75 ounces of water daily. Preferably more. Good luck on your healing journey! Katheen gettin started hey guys so my idoral arrived in the mail today. I was hoping someone could confirm I am doing this all correctly, I have read the new user guide so hopefully I am not messing up anywhere.I took a 50g Idoral pill with lunch (so before 2pm).I read it was ok to take the other stuff at the same timeI took a selenium pill, 200mcgI took 2 Chelated Magnesium pills totalling 400mgmixed 1/4 teaspoon of celtic salt in warm water and drank it(I am restricted to 250mg of vitamin C total per day so couldnt take much of that)I also read its important to include a probiotic. I am taking 2 strong probiotic pills a day (morning and night)So other than that am I good? Its ok that I took this all at once after lunch? Any help for this newbie is much appreciated, I am taking this for advanced cancer and candida...
Guest guest
Be careful with the magnesium all at once. It may give you the runs. Carol
Guest guest
Carol, Should we take magnesium and all the nutrients togehter? I've been told that it didn't matter... As I have to wait 4 hours between Erfa and the magnesium, I take the magnesium separately... is this a good thing? > > Be careful with the magnesium all at once. It may give you the runs. Guest guest
, I don't think you have to wait 4 hours before taking magnesium after taking natural thyroid hormone. Calcium is the mineral that should be taken separately from thyroid, not magnesium. (correct me if I am wrong someone =-).....also, I take Naturethroid which is also natural thyroid hormone, and I let it melt under my tongue (sublingually) and then do not have to wait hours before consuming calcium rich foods. Just a thought. Kathleen Re: gettin started Carol,Should we take magnesium and all the nutrients togehter? I've been told that it didn't matter...
