Guest guest
Another q for you wonderful people on the T3 theme still. Ive never been on more than on 50mcg Levothyroxine only since 2007 diagnosis, and 50mcg had my tsh always 0.1 and FT4 mid range. Because of symptoms (misinterpreted as hyper), dose dropped to 25 and then when no change, to 12.5 at which point tsh fell 0.03 instead of rising. Back onto 25mcg which is where I have been for last 2-3 weeks so far. When I go back in another 3 weeks it will be after a letter asking for combo treatment. Dont know if I will get it but will try. So.... Once they take notice of (genova confirmed) T3 low level, and treat it, how on earth does my tiny T4 only dose translate into T3/T4 combo?? I am sure my Dr wont have a clue how to dose me even if she were to agree, and Id like to be prepared with sugestion or guide for her in hopes of improving her confidence rate and my chances, but whatever it is the dose will be diddly, so how on earth can I get the teeny amount Id need into multiple doses? Could it be dissolved in water, kept in fridge, stirred to mix then sipped through day?. Carole
