Hi

I am Emma, been diagnosed Hypo T since 23 ( now 37) - I take 3 grains of Armour

a day and my T3 and T4 are supposedly ok - I will get the results tomorrow.

I have just been tested for the first time for Ab's and hey presto they are

there. I can't beleieve all these years and no one explained to me why my highs

and lows were happening - one failed marriage and a few difficulties with my

career later and I understand!

I am due to see the doctor tomorrow at 11.00am - my joint pains (particularly my

legs) have been awful recently. I feel like I can hardly walk I have no energy

and when I lie on the sofa or in bed the pain in my knees shins ankles hips is

awful like a nagging toothache - if I have done a lot of exercise one day I

struggle to walk the next.

Also - I am hoping to have a child, I have one aged 13 already ( was diagnosed

after having her) but I am really nervous of it all as I have antibodies etc.

finally - I am so exhausted and the pains in my joints is making it difficult to

do my job as I am typing all day -

My question is where to start with the doctor who doesn't seem to know a lot and

what on earth do you say to your boss? My body doesn't work just doesn't sound

like it makes sense.....

I hope desperately to hear from someone soon. xxx
