Guest guest
I have recently increased my iodine to 90 mg, after it being at 75 mg for about a month. I have had an increase in headaches and have been dealing with them appropriately with the salt loading and additional supplements. The salt loading really helps. I cannot do much C or Magnesium due to bowel intolerance, but it seemed what I was doing was keeping the detox symptoms manageable when at 75 mg. What I am mainly curious about is this: As I increase my iodine dose, is it now going on to other/different organs and helping get the bromide out, or does it go to all the organs anyway and it's just that there is just that more bromide being displaced? The other question is: Will iodine push the bromide out over heavy metals? or the other way around? many thanks,-- " I have come to believe that in the world there is nothing to explain the world.
