Guest guest
i take thyroxine 150 daily, also have fibromyalgia, endo says its lack of exercise, so ive been going to zumba classes twice and week and stopped the yoga as they clashed, also started a new job everything was going along quite nicely slight improvement so i contined, then suddenly after doing this zumba for six weeks the next day i couldnt move my head, the muscle in back of my next was so hard and very painful to move, all my shoulder it is improving slightly daily but what caused it, was it the exercise - bit too much, or where i sit at work is in the path of the air conditioning unit, cold and draughty but ive been there six weeks also, or is it just a bug thats going round. Anyone got any ideas? di
Guest guest
Thyroxine is more inclined to cause Fibromyalgia rthan cure it Armour is likely to improve matters but sometimes it takes 3 months of a very strict Anti Candida diet to help the body utilise thyroid hormones I dont know why but it seems that Candida blocks the liver somehow Pat > > i take thyroxine 150 daily, also have fibromyalgia, endo says its lack of exercise,
