What are your experiences of taking Iodoral/Lugol? Did it help you? How much are

you taking? How long?

Yes I have been thryoidless since 2001. I have taken Iodoral since 2006. I have taken amounts from 50 - 125 mgs / day on my journey. Currently at 50 mgs again. Iodine is for every gland and mucosal lining in the body - it isn't just for thyroids.

Hi I'm thyroid less for almost 13 years, and have been taking iodine for about six or seven weeks now. There is a group called thyroidless that you might want to check out too. I think without a thyroid we have some extra problems that the group is great with sharing about. I'm just on 37 1/2 mg of lugol's so far. I gave adrenal issues and haven't got all of my tests back yet so am going slow on everything until I can get a smart plan going. I have major skin issues that are clearing up since starting the lugol's. I had tried everything (with tons of doctors) before so this is amazing. I also had pretty bad pain, kind of fibromyalgia stuff, that is mostly gone, and headaches that are gone or nearly gone.
