I had 8-9 antibiotics in about 8 months to fight a sinus infection that was deep in there and lots of pressure and migraines.MRI and what not for a fungal infection. Sugar and grains feed fungus. Purple onions and other purple foods, garlic, iodine, onions, oil of oregano can be added to the diet to fight the fungus. Fungus is challenging. Adding a bit of baking soda to the salt seems to help in the neti pot.
