Ive just been told I have been offered a place to move to 230 miles away, I

have to cope with this 99 percent on my own and am in a panic now. Genova says

I have adrenal exhaustion and low dhea and low FT3 so energy levels are very

limited. I have app with GP on 10th where Im pushing for help and my endo app

asap (if poss before I move), Im not taking anything now apart from qvar asthma

preventer inhaler, thyroid med, q10 and magnesium because Ive asked for testing

of nutrients and so on, and I dont want to influence the results of those.

Im shaking and stressed already in oanic at how the xxxx I will cope, and am

guessing its adrenaline??. What can I do/take safely to help me calm down?

(will try time out and breathing.) I have to buy online or via tesco/asda

grocery deliveries, which makes it hard. I have a little tiny chemist down road

anyone know of sure fire help for me ??
