Thanks , my mistake, I should have said 500 mg Magnesium in the form of MagCitrate. Thank you Jaye, there are some very good data in the references you have that include good support for iodine efficacy in women with fibrocystic disease. This particular reference (http://www.jpands.org/vol11no4/millerd.pdf page 108) mentions a phase 3 trial enrolling patients in 2006. That’s 5 years ago so I wonder if the results have been published yet, does anyone know?
