Burzynski movie

I apologize as I know its not an iodine topic per say. But I noticed a huge thread on talking about drugs and so forth and thought I'd share this link. Its only available on June 11-13 ( so for two more days). You can view the Burzynski movie for free before having to purchase it on DVD. http://vimeo.com/24821365Again I apologize for this being off topic. But its really good and a true eye opener for those who think Doctors and Pharma have our best interest at heart.

, FYI,

When someone is diagnosed with a -- disease or a long-time illness, you really learn how STUPID doctors are. I was diagnosed with thyroid Disease in 2004 and I've been thru 5 doctors who do not know how to treat this disease. They mask the symptoms with bad medications.

They are dead-set against prescribing Dessicated hormore from a pig which matches human hormone -- that most people feel good taking.

They're busy catering to the drug companies instead of thyroid hormone from a pig.!!

Unbelievable! - no wait - completely believable, but no less shocking. Has anyone been able to get in to their site to buy the movie? I couldn't get it to load - it was taking forever! Thanks to whoever first shared this.

Hi , I couldn’t get their site to load for me either. So I went to Amazon and bought it. Also bought a dvd on Harry Hoxsey while I was there! I had the film on VHS, and realized it's now on DVD. Hoxsey, Quacks Who Cure Cancer and Hoxsey; When Healing Becomes a Crime. Both are very excellent! Kathleen

I couldn't download it either. Someone suggested I turn off the computer and restart it...then watch it through mercola. It worked. Now that I've seen it, I want to buy it.

This was really good to watch, from what I could watch before Adobe crashed. It

makes me angry that this man can cure cancer, yet our government does everything

to stop him from getting funding and helping everyone. It says you can buy the

movie from Whole Foods. Thanks for sharing this information as I would have

otherwise not have heard of him.

Yes, it was a very excellent movie. From the looks of it, currently Dr.

Burzynski is in Phase III clinical trials with his antineoplastin therapy. I

believe after he gets past this phase the medication/therapy will be available

to all doctors in the US rather than just limited to the state of Texas. So I

guess his treatment wasn't so bad if they are willing to now approve it.

Granted if you get those doctors who like to put their own twist on things and

not follow protocol ( I know they exist) then this could be a failure too.

You'd be surprised though with the reaction with some in the mainstream public (

not talking about medical profession) that claim he's a quack and that there

isn't enough scientific evidence. Then they go on to quote place like the Cancer

Institute and so forth. The same people who didn't like Dr. B to begin with. All

I can say is I'm lucky enough to have found out about him and that if I ever

need to go there to get treatment. I will. Because I know that all that the FDA

and big Pharma preaches is the Gospel. LOL.

Thankyou for posting this info. I watched the movie last night, not wanting to believe it.  That the US govt was applying for patents for Dr Burzynski's treatment, while they were prosecuting him, just blew me away!

I've just ordered 10 copies so that I can spread the word.  The first message being: why the hell does anyone trust big pharma? and the second: here's an alternative treatment for cancer - that works.

I watched. I was not surprised one bit because we know the FDA is here to stay

and they'd rather die than to admit they are money hungry, modern day drug

peddlers. We just make this too easy for them...too easy. One more thing,

someone on the site complained about the DVD not being free. Really?

Personally, I felt guilty watching it for free, in light of Dr. B's legal expenses. (Although I am told he charges an arm & a leg for treatment. Not that I blame him. Between his legal bills, his research costs, the cost of his factory, etc., with no help from any cancer organization, he HAS to charge a lot to stay in business!)AnneOn Jun 13, 2011, at 8:42 PM, Jay J wrote:

I bought two. One to keep and one to share and yes to also support the effort. The difference between one and two was very small.

I have not yet watched the film. Don't believe for a minute that this only

affects Americans.

When I was in training as a pharmacy technician, we learned about an antibiotic

(I think it was clindamycin) which caused a serious condition called

pseudomembranous cholitis. Once this was discovered, the antibiotic was

relagated to topical use only...in this part of the world.

Extra stock was donated to underdeveloped countries...to be used as an oral

antibiotic. I do not know if such unethical behaviour is widespread, but I

suspect it might be.

I'm coming to this from the fibromyalgia world, where new drugs are popping up

like dandelions promising great things at great cost, even though even in trials

they're lucky if one patient in three reports an improvement.

Remember thalidomide? Believe it or not, it's back. They're not giving to to

pg women, but it is in use.
