They are listed as supporting nutrients in your new member document that you received when you joined. If you no longer have it then you can go to the group website and under the FILES section you will find the new member document.

companion nutrients?

hello,i have just started taking 50mg iadoral daily. i have read posts on this board that refer to "companion nutrients". what are these and how much should i take?

thanks, i see the file but am unable to open ANY of the documents. is there any

way you could copy and paste for me? -thanks and sorry to be a pain but i

haven't had much luck with this website. don't know why i'm having so much

trouble.

I use macintosh computers with both very old and very current operating systems

and have been able to open the New Member document in the files without problems

on any computer. I am usually never able to open documents or files attached in

posts. (i say usually because after a time i just stopped attempting to)

One thing - the New Member document in the files downloads to the computer as a

Word document ~ maybe that is where your glitch comes in?
