I fully appreciate the seriousness of this situation and have taken note of your concerns. Given the importance of this matter I have written directly to the Rt Hon Lansley MP, Secretary of State for Health asking him to address the issues raised in your letter. I have also written again since then, of a different nature, and have received an acknowledgement that it has been received, but not what he proposes to do. Guest guest Posted July 25, 2011 Report Share Posted July 25, 2011 More or less - it is the letter that you get back from the Department of Health that usually covers the exact same points as everybody else receives, without telling us anything we don't already know and most certainly WITHOUT EVER ADDRESSING THE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS WE NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. We go round and round and round and round in circles. The best way is to bullet or number your specific questions and if they have not been answered, send the questions back again and again until they have.
